We are currently seeking an experienced
Cable Engineer (m/f/d) Subsea Power Cables | Fabrication
to support major offshore wind development projects across Europe.

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise throughout the fabrication and manufacturing of subsea power cable systems
- Support the engineering, review and coordination of manufacturing processes for export and inter-array cables
- Review manufacturing documentation, quality plans, inspection procedures and technical specifications
- Coordinate technical interfaces between cable manufacturers, suppliers, project stakeholders and certification bodies
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, client specifications and project requirements
- Support factory acceptance tests (FATs), inspections, quality surveillance, non-conformance management and technical clarifications throughout the fabrication phase
- Contribute to manufacturing optimisation, technical troubleshooting, risk assessments and multidisciplinary engineering coordination

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
- Solid experience with the fabrication or manufacturing of subsea power cable systems within offshore wind, renewable energy or large-scale transmission infrastructure projects
- Good understanding of cable manufacturing processes, factory inspections, quality assurance and testing requirements
- Experience reviewing manufacturing documentation and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering interfaces
- Familiarity with relevant international standards and quality management processes
- Experience supporting FATs, supplier inspections or manufacturing surveillance is considered an advantage
- Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
